These pages should appear just prior to the Purchase Confirmation page; however, no purchase is necessary. Please retain this information in case additional verification is necessary. Guarantee is valid only for lower fares found online for the exact same Northwest Airlines flight, exact itinerary, exact cabin, and exact same class of service and obtained on the same day the ticket is purchased on nwa.com. Fares must be in the same cabin (First, BusinessElite or Economy), and for the exact same flights that carry the same fare restrictions. Tickets purchased must be United States point of sale and purchased at nwa.com only. Guarantee applies only to tickets purchased with a credit card and a United States billing address. Applies only on itineraries wholly operated and marketed by Northwest Airlines, KLM, Mesaba Aviation, Pinnacle Airlines and Compass Airlines. Additionally, the claim must be submitted by midnight Central Time on the same day the ticket is purchased on nwa.com.
