• SkyMiles® award tickets to most destinations may be issued as a Northwest Airlines® E-TicketSM (Electronic Ticket), a simple and convenient way to travel. When an award E-Ticket is generated, a Trip Summary and Receipt (TSR) will be delivered to the address on file or via e-mail, showing the miles deducted and the award travel itinerary.
• Members may book award travel online at nwa.com or through a Northwest Agent by calling 1-800-44PERKS *. nwa.com offers members an array of award travel search tools to make booking an award easy, and no ticketing fee applies to award travel booked entirely online.
• PerkSaverSM Awards are limited and subject to seat availability. Increased availability is offered through the PerkPassSM pricing option.
• Award tickets (including upgrades) cannot be issued in any countries in Central and South America, the South Pacific, Europe, Africa, the Middle East, the Indian Subcontinent or elsewhere in the Atlantic region. Travel agencies cannot issue award tickets or upgrades.

*Award tickets issued by a Northwest Reservations agent will be subject to a ticketing fee of $20 USD. Award tickets issued via a Northwest airport location will be subject to a ticketing fee of $45 USD.  The ticketing fee does not apply to award travel booked entirely through nwa.com. Not all award travel can be booked on nwa.com. The ticketing fee will apply to any tickets that must be processed by an agent.
