To process the exchange of a paper ticket, Transportation Credit Voucher (TCV), or Miscellaneous Charge Order (MCO) for new travel, you will need to forward the original paper documents to Northwest Airlines. Please call our Reservations Sales Agents at 1-800-225-2525 to arrange your trip.
