CNS Air Waybill Request Form

Northwest Airlines Cargo has contracted Cargo Network Services (CNS) to distribute international computerized air waybill numbers to endorsed agents on its behalf. Endorsed agents can print off the order form and fax in their request to CNS.

If CNS has not been authorized to distribute air waybill numbers to your office, you will not be able to use this form. A fax will be sent with the notation: "This carrier/agent combination is not authorized". In this instance you should contact Northwest Airlines Cargo directly.
