NWA Cargo Known Shipper Validation

To become an NWA Cargo known shipper, simply click on the link below, complete the "Request for Known Shipper Status" form, and fax it to 612-726-8224. Northwest will process the request, and our agent will contact you to schedule a site visit and complete the required TSA paperwork. Most site visits will be completed within 14 days. Some shipments may NOT require known shipper status.

The following charge for becoming a known shipper with NWA Cargo will be assessed by the agent when your site visit is scheduled:

• $50 - Place of business is within 20 miles (one-way) of any location served by Northwest Airlines.
• $90 - Place of business is between 21-50 miles (one-way) of any location served by Northwest Airlines.
• $90 plus $2.50 per mile over 50 miles - Place of busi ness is beyond 50 miles (one-way) of any location served by Northwest Airlines.
