Airfreight Loss or Damage Claims
To assist customers in the claims process Northwest Airlines Cargo provides access to the official freight claim form on-line. To file a claim for airfreight loss or damage you must be the shipper or consignee on the Northwest master air waybill.
- Domestic Claims
Domestic shipments damage and/or loss discovered by the Consignee after delivery must be reported to Northwest within 15 days after delivery. - International Claims
For international shipments the Consignee must report any damage discovered within 14 days after delivery, and any loss or non-delivery within 120 days from the date of the issue of the Air Waybill. - To File a Claim:

VIP Service Failure Refund
Effective February 8, 2005, if you have booked your VIP shipment from www.cargoportalservices.com and it did not arrive at the destination on the original flight it was booked on, you may be eligible for a refund.
