Gift Certificate Terms and Conditions & Redemption Instructions

1. This Gift Certificate is valid up to the value indicated on the face of the Gift Certificate.
2. This Gift Certificate may only be redeemed for the purchase of air transportation and ticket change fees, including any applicable taxes, fees, or surcharges. It may only be redeemed for the air portion of any vacation package purchased from Delta Vacations^®.
3. The value of this Gift Certificate must be in U.S. dollars and will only be issued in denominations between $50 and $500.
4. This Gift Certificate is transferable. It may not be redeemed for cash. Unused Gift Certificates are refundable, but only to the purchaser.
5. This Gift Certificate will not be honored retroactively. It will not be replaced for any reason, including if it is lost or stolen.
6. This Gift Certificate may only be redeemed through Northwest Airlines Reservations, Delta Vacations, or nwa.com in accordance with the instructions below. The certificate number and redemption code must be provided when making a reservation.
7. If the value of this Gift Certificate is greater than the air transportation or fee purchased, the residual value will be retained on the Northwest Airlines Gift Certificate database and may be used toward additional purchases.
8. This Gift Certificate will not be honored in connection with any mileage Award type ticket, Prepaid Tickets, payments on account, or service fees other than ticket change fees, including, but not limited to, unaccompanied minor fees, airport or telephone ticketing fees, and excess baggage fees.
9. Northwest is the final authority on interpretation of these terms and conditions.

• nwa.com redemption - Visit http://www.nwa.com/services/giftcert/redeem.shtml for redemption instructions. Multiple Gift Certificates may not be combined to purchase a single ticket on nwa.com.
• Northwest Airlines reservations redemption - Call 1-800-225-2525. Please have the Gift Certificate number and redemption code, printed on your Gift Certificate, available. Gift Certificates may be used to purchase multiple tickets in one transaction, provided all passengers are booked in the same Passenger Name Record (PNR). Gift Certificates may be combined with up to three other combinable documents, such as a wholly unused ticket, an MCO, or an electronic credit voucher, provided that all terms and conditions of the combinable documents are complied with. Tickets by Mail are permitted, but any appropriate fees apply.
• Delta Vacations redemption - Call 1-800-800-1504. Redemption through Delta Vacations requires the purchase of air and land package† and applies only to the air portion. This Gift Certificate may not be redeemed for an air only or land only package.
