Membership Policies and Lounge House Rules

Eligibility
Membership in Delta Sky Clubs is open to persons age 18 and older. Access to clubs with self-service bars is limited to members age 21 and older. Access to partner lounges is subject to additional terms and conditions, including but not limited to the house rules of the partner lounge. Local age restrictions apply in non-U.S. locations.

Partner lounge access requires permanent credentials which should be received 4 - 6 weeks after your membership is purchased or renewed. A valid government issued photo ID in addition to your valid Delta Sky Club membership card is required for admittance to Delta Sky Club and partner lounges. You will be asked to sign a roster with your name and Delta Sky Club account number upon entering partner or international lounges.

Members can only use the Club in conjunction with same-day ticketed air travel, but such travel may be on any airline.

Renewals and Fees
Approximately four weeks before your membership expires, you'll receive a renewal application in the mail. To renew your membership, visit nwa.com or any Delta Sky Club location (excluding affiliated lounges), call, fax or mail in your application.

If your membership expires, you'll have 6 months to renew before a $50 initiation fee will apply to reinstate your membership. SkyMiles Medallion members receive exclusive membership discounts based on status. Fees and policies subject to change without notice.

Membership is effective from the date of purchase and continues for the duration of the membership type purchased.

For memberships that are renewed prior to the expiration date of a current membership, the length of the membership purchased will be added to the current expiration date.

Note: Your Delta Sky Club membership fee is non-refundable.

Hours of Operation
Delta Sky Club hours vary by location and are subject to change. Delta Sky Club locations within the U.S. may be closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Day.

Guests
A member may bring immediate family (spouse or domestic partner and children under 21 years of age) or up to two (2) guests (age 21 or older, if a Club with a self-service bar) into the Delta Sky Club, provided that Delta determines that adequate space exists. However, you must remain with your guests at all times during the visit.

Guests and family members must abide by Delta Sky Club House Rules.

Spouse and Domestic Partner Memberships
Spouse and domestic partner memberships apply to legal spouse or domestic partner only. A marriage certificate or proof of relationship (a domestic partner affidavit) is required.

Spouse and domestic partner memberships can be issued in conjunction with a paid primary membership and must be the same membership type as the primary membership.

If your paid primary membership is unexpired, the cost of the spousal or domestic partner membership will be calculated as a prorated membership fee over the remaining full months of your membership.

Card Privileges
Your membership card is exclusively for your own use and is not transferable. Delta Sky Club representatives will retain cards presented by anyone other than the cardholder.

Members must agree to abide by and be subject to all the Terms and Conditions of membership.

Membership will be terminated for inappropriate conduct or for not adhering to the house rules.

Lost Card
If your Delta Sky Club card is lost or stolen, you may request a replacement card. There is a $10 fee payable at time of processing for replacement of lost or stolen cards.

Attire and Conduct
We ask that the attire and conduct of members and guests be in keeping with a business and professional atmosphere. Airline, airport, and industry employees are not permitted access while in uniform (this includes employees of other airlines, private and corporate aircraft and charter carriers). Delta reserves the right to deny admission to any member or guest whose behavior is deemed improper or objectionable or whose conduct affects the safety and comfort of others. Such member's membership may be revoked by Delta Air Lines at its sole discretion.

Food and Drink
Since complimentary snacks are one of the benefits of your membership, food from outside sources may not be brought into the Delta Sky Club. Please do not remove food, beverages, or periodicals from the Delta Sky Club.

Alcoholic beverages will not be served to anyone under 21 years of age. Local age restrictions apply in non-U.S. locations.

Conference Rooms
You are welcome to reserve a semi-private conference room for meetings of two or more people. Semi-private conference rooms are complimentary. You must remain with your group at all times.

Enclosed conference rooms may be reserved by Delta Sky Club members for a nominal hourly fee (one hour or any portion there of). Non-members are required to purchase a One-Day Pass in addition to the per hour fee. To reserve an enclosed conference room, we require a credit card guarantee and will charge a cancellation fee for non-fulfilled reservations. Business meetings and job applicant interviews are not permitted in any Delta Sky Club except in the conference rooms.

Baggage Carts
Airport baggage carts are not permitted in Delta Sky Club.

Lost or Stolen Articles
Delta Air Lines will not be held responsible for any articles lost or stolen in the Delta Sky Club.

Miscellaneous
Use of all Delta Sky Club facilities is subject to the rules and conditions set by Delta Air Lines, which are subject to change at any time.

Delta Air Lines reserves the right to restrict, alter or modify the fees, benefits, services, hours of operation, policies and locations at any time with or without written notice to its members.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Delta Sky Club memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.
  2. You must be 18 years of age for club membership. You must be 21 years of age to enter Clubs with a self-service bar unless you are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who is a club member.
  3. Delta Air Lines reserves the right to revise its club Terms and Conditions without notice. Delta Sky Club members will not be compensated for changes in locations, rates or policies.
  4. One-Day Pass: Individuals must be at least 18 years of age to purchase a one-day pass, and 21 years of age to access Clubs with a self-service bar, unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who is also accessing the club with a one-day pass or who is a club member. One-day pass is valid for use at any Delta Sky Club location. One-day pass is valid for one-year from the date of purchase. The cost of a One-Day Pass may be credited within 30 days of purchase toward the cost of an annual or three-year membership.
  5. 30-Day Membership: The 30-Day membership grants access to all Delta lounges as well as the Air France Lounge in Paris (located on concourse 2E - On the left after Passport Control - Downstairs) and the KLM operated lounge in Amsterdam, with the use of the temporary membership card. A temporary membership card will be issued at the time of purchase. You must present this temporary membership card and a government issued ID for access to an international Delta Sky Club location, the Air France Lounge in Paris or the KLM operated lounge in Amsterdam. If purchasing online, you can print your temporary membership card. If purchasing at a domestic Delta Sky Club location, a temporary membership card will be given to you.

    A member may bring immediate family (as defined above) or up to two (2) guests (age 21 or older, if a Club with a self-service bar) into the Delta Sky Club, provided that Delta determines that adequate space exists.

    Membership is valid for 30 consecutive days from the date of purchase. The cost of a 30-Day membership may be credited within 60 days of expiration toward the cost of an annual or three-year membership*
  6. Delta Sky Club house rules must be observed or membership may be terminated without compensation.
