WorldPerks Mall® Mom's, Dad's and Grad's Promotion
Terms and Conditions
- You must be a WorldPerks member to register. Membership is free, enroll now.
- Registration is required prior to purchase to be eligible for the Bonus Mile award(s).
- After registration, members must spend at least $50 in any combination of any WorldPerks Mall retailers to earn 500 Bonus Miles.
- Multiple 500 Bonus Mile awards may be earned up to a maximum of 50,000 Bonus Miles.
- Purchases made with Blockbuster, FTD, Gamefly, Netflix, Teleflora or Vinesse do not qualify for this promotion.
- Transactions must be made between May 1, 2008 and June 30, 2008.
- The transaction date listed in your WorldPerks account summary is the date your credit card is charged, which is the date your product is shipped, so WorldPerks recommends shopping early in the promotion.
- WorldPerks is not responsible for split orders.
- Miles are earned on the price of items purchased, excluding any applicable taxes and shipping charges.
- Miles are awarded only on purchases when shopping from the WorldPerks Mall to WorldPerks Mall merchants. Miles are not earned on purchases made directly from merchant-branded site.
- Purchases of merchant gift certificates will not qualify for this promotion except Giftcertificates.com and Home Depot.
- Offer not valid with any other offers or promotions except for the special merchant offers mentioned above.
- WorldPerks miles will not be credited for merchandise returned to merchants.
- Miles for most purchases will appear on the member's account 6 to 8 weeks from date of promotion end.
- Not all WorldPerks Mall merchants are able to ship outside the US 50, so members residing outside the US 50 may not be eligible to order from all participating WorldPerks Mall merchants.
- Participation in the WorldPerks program is subject to the terms and conditions of the WorldPerks program.
- Northwest is the sole interpreter of these rules.
- All participating partner program terms and conditions apply.
- Northwest reserves the right to add, delete or modify merchants with or without notification. Northwest is not responsible for any malfunctions associated with web registration process that result in late registration or incomplete information.
- Northwest is the final authority on all disputes. All disputes should be sent in writing to the WorldPerks Service Center, 601 Oak Street, Chisholm, MN 55719-1995.
