Fuel surcharge revision:
Applicable fuel surcharge is based on the three-month average of the fuel price of Singapore Kerosene. Three-month average is checked in the month shown in the chart1 at the homepage of U.S. Department of Energy (DOE).
If the fuel price for this period goes beyond the benchmarks shown in chart2, fuel surcharge is amended for effective date shown in the chart1.
