Use the internet to check in and print your boarding pass from the comfort of your home or office. nwa.com check-in is available to Northwest Airlines E-Ticket customers who are traveling within Asia or between Asia and the U.S/Canada/Mexico/Caribbean on Northwest flights.

nwa.com check-in can also be used to:

• change your seat
• update your WorldPerks number

And for US domestic flights:

• change your flight
• update your WorldPerks number
• purchase an E-First upgrade
• obtain your WorldPerks Elite complimentary First Class upgrade

If you have luggage to check, just proceed to our dedicated nwa.com check-in counters at the airport for expedited handling.

Select the 'Check-In' tab and then enter your last name, departure city and confirmation number, Frequent Flyer Number, or E-Ticket number. Then click "GO"

Step 2:

Verify your itinerary, change seats, update/change Frequent Flyer number or select Upgrade and Travel Options. When complete, select "Continue Check-In"

Step 3:

Print your boarding pass and proceed to the airport for boarding!*

*In some airports immigration authorities may require you to get your travel documents verified by a Northwest agent at the nwa.com check-in counter before being allowed to proceed to immigration. In such cases, you will still be able to print a Boarding Pass, which will allow expedited travel document verification at the airport.
