Jetstar Terms & Conditions

• Award redemption on Jetstar is only available to SkyMiles members residing in Asia.
• Award travel on Jetstar is only available on Economy (X) Class and must be booked at least 14 days prior to departure.
• Bookings must be requested by completing the online booking form available at delta.com. Once your booking is confirmed and the credit card payment process for taxes/fees/surcharges completed, Northwest will deduct the required SkyMiles miles from your account and a Jetstar Itinerary Receipt with the flight details will be sent to the e-mail address provided when the booking was requested.
• Only Visa or Mastercard is acceptable as the form of payment for all applicable fees/taxes/charges to be charged by Jetstar.
• Award travel redemption on Jetstar is not combinable with Northwest, SkyTeam airlines, or other Airline Partner itineraries.
• Award travel can be redeemed in either direction and is only available for point-to-point travel between Singapore and the 12 Jetstar cities. Travel between cities requiring connections or transfers in Singapore will be considered as two separate roundtrip awards.
• Open-jaw travel is permitted to destinations within the same award redemption level.
• One-way travel is not permitted.
• Cancellation is not permitted once the booking is confirmed. Redeposit of miles is not permitted. Award travel has no cash value.
• Changes to flights and dates may be made directly with Jetstar and are subject to Jetstar's policies and change/rebooking/re-issuance fees.
• Passengers below the age of 15 must be accompanied by a passenger who is 15 years of age or older, at the time of travel.
• The number of seats available for this offer may be limited and are subject to availability.
• Passenger facility charges, fuel surcharge, security fees, any applicable taxes are the responsibility of the user. A credit card must be provided at the time of the booking request. Total fees, taxes, surcharges will be charged against the credit card provided once booking is confirmed and finalized.
• No complimentary food/beverage is served on Jetstar or Valuair operated flights. Snacks/drinks can be purchased onboard.
• Redemption level is subject to change without prior notice.
• Jetstar or Valuair flight/service/fees terms and conditions apply.
• Other restrictions may apply.
• Northwest has the final authority in the interpretation of these rules.
