The Elite Services Reservations Line is reserved exclusively for use by SkyMiles Platinum Elite and Gold Elite members. Elite Services agents are specially trained to assist you with your travel needs. This exclusive Elite Services phone number is printed on the back of your membership card for quick, easy reference. You may call the Elite Services number 24 hours a day, every day. Silver Elite members may call a special number for priority handling. This phone number is printed on the back of the Silver Elite membership card.

Increased Access to Award Seats when booking on nwa.com
Elite members receive additional access when booking award seats online at nwa.com. Please note that award seats are still subject to availability and PerkSaverSM Award travel to popular destinations during peak travel times may be difficult to secure due to customer demand. The PerkPassSM option requires a higher number of miles and provides greater seat availability especially during major holiday travel and other peak travel times to popular destinations. Waitlist Priority on Sold-Out Flights
Platinum Elite or Gold Elite members who make their reservations less than 48 hours in advance or wish to purchase a discounted Coach Class ticket on a sold-out Northwest flight will be given priority on the waitlist. This is an invaluable service for members with last-minute travel plans and schedule changes. Valid only on fares that allow waitlisting. Call Elite Services to take advantage of this benefit.
