U.S. Travel Waiver, Rebook on nwa.com

The following event waiver has been issued for those passengers whose travel has been affected by the FAA's unexpected computer outage.

Passengers ticketed for travel November 19 to, from or through the 50 United States may:

• Reschedule travel to begin by November 22, 2009 in the same cabin as originally scheduled, without penalty or administrative change fees, subject to availability. Tickets must be reissued on or before November 22, 2009.

Self-service rebooking is available. Customers are encouraged to reschedule their trip under these waiver guidelines using nwa.com's Manage My Reservations

All passengers should check flight and gate status prior to leaving for the airport.
