Midwest Winter Weather Waiver, Rebook on nwa.com

Due to heavy rain, ice and snow in the upper Midwest U.S., Northwest Airlines has issued a waiver to assist passengers traveling in the area.
Passengers with confirmed tickets for travel April 10 and 11, 2008 to, from or through Minnesota may:

Reschedule travel to begin between April 10 and 15, 2008 in the same cabin of service as originally scheduled, without penalty or administrative change fees, subject to availability.

Reschedule travel to begin between April 16 and 18, 2008 in the same class of service as originally scheduled, without penalty or administrative change fees, subject to availability.

Reschedule travel to begin between April 19 and 25, 2008 without advance purchase requirements or administrative change fees. Additional fare collection may apply.
Additionally, Northwest Airlines will not accept children traveling alone, unaccompanied adults in the Adult Assistance program or pets traveling in the hold on flights CONNECTING THROUGH Minneapolis/St. Paul all day April 11, 2008.
Self-service rebooking is available. Customers are encouraged to reschedule their trip under these waiver guidelines using nwa.com's Manage My Reservations
