Holiday Travel Tips

During the busy holiday travel season, Northwest would like to offer the following tips to make the most of your holiday travel:

Allow extra time at the airport.
- Domestic travelers should arrive at least 75 minutes prior to departure and international travelers should arrive two (2) hours in advance.
Bring photo identification with you.
- All passengers age 18 and older must carry government-issued photo identification.
Travel light.
- View information on luggage limits for both checked and carry-on bags.
- Check the TSA Security Requirements for carry-on luggage restrictions and other information such as the policy for carrying liquids, gels and aerosols.
- Do not wrap your gifts prior to travel. These may be unwrapped at the security checkpoint, so save the wrapping for later.
