Coach ChoiceSM Terms and Conditions

1. Coach Choice fees are nonrefundable unless Northwest Airlines is unable to provide the Coach Choice seat assignment due to a Northwest-initiated flight cancellation, equipment change, missed connection, or the customer does not meet exit-row seating requirements.
2. Coach Choice seats are available free of charge to WorldPerks and SkyTeam Elite members beginning 24 hours prior to departure (subject to availability).
3. Northwest Airlines reserves the right to change any aspect of Coach Choice terms and conditions at any time without notice.
