Northwest Airlines Announces Agreement with Bond Holders
EAGAN, Minn. – (May 3, 2007) – Northwest Airlines Corporation (OTC:NWACQ.PK) and the Ad Hoc Committee of Certain Claims Holders announced today that they have resolved all outstanding issues between them related to the confirmation of Northwest’s Plan of reorganization. The company stated that as a result, it would promptly file a supplement to its Plan of Reorganization which would set forth the agreements reached with the Committee. With these changes, the Committee stated that it supported confirmation of the company’s Plan of Reorganization.
