Donate to AirCares®

To make a SkyMiles® mileage donation, you may go to Donate Miles to AirCares or call us toll-free at 1-800-327-2881.  Have your SkyMiles account number and PIN ready.

To make a monetary contribution, contact the organization directly. Northwest SkyMiles members who contribute at least $50 to an AirCares partner are eligible to receive 500 Bonus Miles if they mention the Northwest AirCares program and provide their SkyMiles account number at the time of donation. If an organization is unable to assist you in recording your SkyMiles number for the Bonus Miles credit, please save your receipt and send a copy to AirCares either at aircares@nwa.com or by U.S. Mail to the address shown below.
