• For discount offer, date change or wholly unused ticket refund is per specific fare rule.
• For Upgrade Offer, change is permitted at RMB1,000 within ticket validity. Wholly unused tickets can be refunded prior to departure with a cancellation charge of 10% of the fare paid. No partial refund is allowed.
• Tickets are non-refundable once the journey has commenced.
• Tickets are non-endorsable, non-reroutable.
