Effective July 26, 2008, Northwest and WhiteTie discontinued their marketing partnership. The benefits previously offered will be available to only those SkyMiles members with an existing WhiteTie membership.
2. Will I continue to earn the Bonus Miles for my future Northwest flights that was part of the WhiteTie / SkyMiles program?
If you enrolled in the WhiteTie program prior to July 26, 2008, and you have a White Tie membership in good-standing on the date of your flight, you will receive the mileage bonus on those flights that meet all the qualifications of the offer. All bonuses will discontinue when your current WhiteTie membership expires.
3. I am a WhiteTie member and I have received Guest Silver Elite status in the SkyMiles program. How long will I be entitled to this benefit?
The Guest Silver Elite status is valid for six (6) months from the date the application was approved. See your WhiteTie account for the specific dates associated with this benefit.
4. I am a WhiteTie member but did not apply for the optional benefit of the Guest Silver Elite membership. May I still apply for this benefit?
Only those WhiteTie members that submitted their request and received confirmation of a Guest Silver Elite trial membership are entitled to this benefit. No additional Guest Silver Elite memberships are available.
5. I received WorldClubs Day Passes with my WhiteTie membership. How long are these WorldClubs Day Passes valid?
The WorldClubs Day Pass is valid for a one-time visit on or before the date shown on the pass. All additional terms & conditions of the WorldClubs Day Pass apply.

7. If I did not receive the 25% Bonus Miles and my Northwest itinerary meet all the requirements of that benefit, how do I request mileage credit for this flight.
You may request missing mileage on nwa.com. Visit the Mileage Credit Request page and provide your SkyMiles number and a few details about the miles for which you are seeking credit.
