Airport Self-service Check-in Kiosks

Northwest is proud to be the first airline to bring you Self-service Check-in Kiosks throughout our Asia and North America airports. With our kiosks, you can check in with your E-Ticket and get your boarding pass in as little as 30 seconds. What's more, Asia Self-service Check-in Kiosks are available in four Asian languages.

It's as easy as 1-2-3:

  1. Choose your language and enter your name, booking reference or SkyMiles Number
  2. Verify your travel and passport details
  3. Choose your seat, check your luggage and print your boarding pass

Self-service Check-in Kiosks can be used to:

  • Check in at least 60 minutes before your flights to international destinations or at least 30 minutes before your flights within the U.S. (including Hawaii)* and receive a boarding pass and E-Ticket receipt
  • Check luggage (select locations) or use curbside luggage check (in North America only)
  • Change or confirm your seat assignment
  • Update your reservation with your SkyMiles number
  • Register passport and visa information
  • Obtain SkyMiles Medallion member complimentary First Class upgrades on flights within North America, excluding Hawaii
  • Upgrade to First Class on qualifying flights/fares with a Northwest E-First upgrade
  • Change flights when the fare permits (from North America only)

So why wait in line when you can have more time to relax and prepare for your trip? Use a Self-service Check-in Kiosk the next time you fly. It's just another smart innovation from Northwest Airlines.
