General terms and conditions

• This offer is valid for WorldPerks members residing in Asia Pacific only. No points will be awarded during the period your residency is outside of Asia Pacific.
• THIS OFFER IS NOT RETROACTIVE. WorldPerks members must register at nwa.com/asia for this promotion prior to any qualifying activity but not later than January 15, 2007. Members must use their registered WorldPerks account number on qualifying activities to earn points for this promotion.
• To participate, you must sign up for Email Express first and then register for this promotion at nwa.com/asia before January 15, 2007 or prior to your travel. You must agree to receive WorldPerks Email Express through April 30, 2007. Gift/Mileage Redemption information will be sent to the e-mail address subscribed to Northwest at the end of the promotion. • Qualifying activities must occur after registration and be completed by January 31, 2007. Qualifying activities, such as flights, are eligible for points an unlimited number of times during the promotion unless otherwise noted.
• This offer may not be combined with any other offers or activities. Only those activities included in the 'Qualifying Activities' table qualify for points. Members are not eligible to qualify for multiple WorldPerks flight offers with the same roundtrip. Members registering for promotions with overlapping time periods may only be eligible for the first promotion for which they are registered.
• Points, Gift(s), or Mileage will not be prorated. Posting of Bonus Miles is the responsibility of Northwest.
• Points have no cash value and not transferrable.
• Only points posted to your account on or before March 15, 2007 will be available for redemption.
• You must choose your Bonus Miles or gift(s) at nwa.com/asia between mid March and April 30, 2007, after which points will expire and redemption for gift(s) or Bonus Miles will no longer be available.
• You will receive instruction on how to redeem your gift(s) 4-8 weeks after the promotion period at the e-mail address subscribed to Email Express.
• Redemption is only available once. Choice of Bonus Miles or gift(s) can not be changed once selection is confirmed. Offer will not be honored retroactively.
• Maximum of two combinations are allowed for Bonus Miles or gift(s). You can choose two of the same gifts or Bonus Mile levels for the combination.
• Choice of gift(s), gift model and type may be changed without prior notice. If your choice of gift is not available, an alternative gift of equal or higher value may be substituted.
• Only points earned through this promotion can be redeemed for Bonus Miles or gift(s) mentioned above. Points earned through other promotions or through other flight or non flight activities can not be redeemed for Bonus Miles or gift(s).
• Northwest is not responsible for any defects on any of the gift products. Choice of gift product color/model/brand will be subject to availability.
• If you choose Bonus Miles as one of your rewards, points will be automatically converted to miles and posted to your WorldPerks account 4-6 after completion of this promotion.
• Northwest Airlines is not responsible for any malfuctions associated with the web registration process that result in late registration or incomplete information.
• Points will be retroactively removed if account is merged with an existing WorldPerks account for certain activities. Additional restrictions may apply.
• Northwest is the final authority on interpretation of these rules.

• Members must fly and earn WorldPerks miles using the WorldPerks number registered for the promotion on each trip to qualify for point awards.
• Bonus Miles earned by converting points upon completion of this promotion are in addition to your regular credited flight miles, Elite tier Bonus Miles, and miles or points offered by WorldPerks partners.
• Bonus Miles will be posted as banked miles not Elite Qualifying Miles (EQMs).
• Qualifying travel must be on paid fare tickets on Northwest-coded and Northwest-operated flights only. Qualifying travel must begin after registration and be completed during the promotion period. Qualifying flights with multiple booking classes per one-way trip will earn points based on the booking class of the longest segment of each one-way trip. Any qualifying roundtrip is considered as 2 one-way trips for points.
• The following fares do not qualify for this promotion: Free, No value, Infant, Child, WorldPerks award travel, Agency/industry discounted tickets.
• Tickets purchased prior to the start date of this promotion for travel during the promotion period will be eligible for points, as long as registration is completed prior to travel.
• Points earned from travel vary by booking class, as determined by the 'Qualifying Activities' table. To determine booking class, please call your local WorldPerks Service Center or your travel agent.

• WorldPerks enrollment is for new WorldPerks members only; existing members are not eligible. Enrollment must occur between the start date of this promotion and January 15, 2007.
• Only the same WorldPerks account used for WorldPerks enrollment and registration for this promotion will qualify for points.
• Points for Email Express subscriptions will only be awarded for first-time subscription to Email Express between the start date of this promotion and January 15, 2007. WorldPerks members currently signed up for Email Express do not qualify for points for subscribing Email Express.
• Check in after registration in the promotion through January 31, 2007 at nwa.com, nwa.com/asia or by using any Self-service Check-in Kiosks for paid or award travel reservations qualify. Points will be awarded only once for an entire one-way trip.
• Flights booked and tickets issued at nwa.com/asia for paid travel qualify for points. Reservations must be booked, tickets purchased and travel completed after registration in this promotion but no later than January 31, 2007 to qualify for points from making reservations at nwa.com/asia. Each confirmation number represents one reservation, regardless of the number of people on the reservation. Only flight reservations made on nwa.com/asia and flown by the WorldPerks member registered for this promotion qualify for points.

• To receive points with participating WorldPerks hotel and/or car rental partners, member must choose to earn WorldPerks miles for each hotel stay or for each car rental.
• Members must choose WorldPerks miles as preferred earning alliance in hotel or car rental programs that require membership prior to check-in to automatically earn miles.
• Points can be earned from hotel stays and car rentals an unlimited number of times - either for multiple stays/rentals at the same hotel/car rental partner or for stays/rentals at different hotels/car rental partners.
• All qualifying hotel stays and car rentals must be after registration and during the promotion period. Northwest will use the transaction date received from the hotel or car rental partner to determine if the transaction qualifies.
• Hotel loyalty points converted to WorldPerks miles do not qualify for points.
• Northwest is not responsible for partner posting delays.
• (Philippines/Japan only) Only approved applications for BPI WorldPerks MasterCard, NWA/JCB WorldPerks Card, Northwest/Citi WorldPerks VISA Card, and Northwest WorldPerks Diners Club Card during the promotion period are eligible for this promotion. Applications submitted but not approved do not qualify as a qualifying activity.
• (Philippines/Japan only) Signing up for Co-Branded credit cards/MasterCard will be qualified only to new credit card accounts for Principal Members as a qualifying activity. New credit card accounts for family members will not qualify.
• (Philippines/Japan only) Existing and previous card members do not qualify.
• (Philippines/Japan only) One qualifying activity per credit card/MasterCard account (as defined by a unique card number) will count as a qualifying activity.
• (Philippines/Japan only) Only WorldPerks members whose mailing address is in Japan/Philippines are eligible to sign up for the credit cards/MasterCard.
• (Philippines/Japan only) Please allow 10-20 business days from the date of application for approval by partner.
• (Philippines/Japan only) WorldPerks will use the approval date received from the partner (as indicated by the transaction date used when posting Enrollment Bonus Miles to a WorldPerks account) to determine if the application was approved within the promotional period.
