Earn AIR MILES^® reward miles and WorldPerks miles when you fly Northwest!

AIR MILES^® Collectors who join the WorldPerks Frequent Flyer Program really can have it both ways! Every time you fly Northwest Airlines, Northwest Airlink or KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, you earn all your usual WorldPerks miles, plus you'll earn 25 AIR MILES reward miles for each segment you fly to or from Canada. Sponsorship effective April 1, 2002.

How to take advantage of this great program.
Earning your AIR MILES reward miles and WorldPerks miles simultaneously is as easy as joining both programs and letting Northwest know your AIR MILES Collector number. Once you've registered, purchase your tickets at nwa.com, call Northwest Airlines at 1-800-225-2525 or call your travel professional. Northwest Airlines and its partners can take you to over 200 destinations in North America and over 750 destinations worldwide.

Register in three easy steps.

Step 1: If you are not already a member, join WorldPerks now.

Step 2: If you are not already an AIR MILES Collector, join the AIR MILES Reward Program by visiting www.airmiles.ca or call 1-888-AIR-MILES (in Toronto 416-226-5171).

Step 3: Register your AIR MILES Collector number with WorldPerks by filling in the registration form below. Enter the registration number from your promotional mailing or registration number 5003.

Then be sure to provide your WorldPerks number to Northwest Airlines at time of reservation, ticketing or check-in to receive your WorldPerks miles and AIR MILES reward miles for your flights!

Terms and Conditions:

Sponsorship effective April 1, 2002.

Must be a member of both programs and register your AIR MILES^® Collector number with WorldPerks prior to flight in order to receive credit in both programs. No retroactive credit will be given for failure to register your AIR MILES Collector number with WorldPerks.

You must have a Canadian mailing address to join the AIR MILES Reward Program.

Please allow 4 to 6 weeks after qualifying travel for AIR MILES reward miles to be posted to your AIR MILES reward miles account.

Passenger must earn WorldPerks credited flight miles on a qualifying paid ticket on a Northwest-, Northwest Airlink- or KLM- operated flight to or from Canada to be eligible for AIR MILES reward miles credit for that flight. Exception: Northwest-coded Trans-Pacific or Hawaii itineraries where Northwest is the operating carrier on the trans-Pacific segment which also include a Northwest-designated Alaska Airlines/Horizon Air-operated segment between Seattle and Vancouver, Calgary, Victoria B.C., Kelowna B.C., or Edmonton would qualify; such itineraries may not include stopovers between Northwest operated trans-Pacific or Hawaii flights and Vancouver, Calgary, Victoria B.C., Kelowna B.C., or Edmonton.

AIR MILES reward miles credit is 25 AIR MILES reward miles per one-way Northwest-, Northwest Airlink- or KLM- operated flight to or from Canada (qualifying segments take off or land in Canada). Same award applies to Alaska Airlines and Horizon Air exceptions noted above.

No AIR MILES reward miles credit will be given for AIR MILES Reward Program redemption flights, WorldPerks award flights or for any other flights in which WorldPerks miles are not awarded.

If there is more than one WorldPerks member in a household that shares a single AIR MILES reward miles account, that household's AIR MILES reward miles account may be registered with and earn AIR MILES reward miles from WorldPerks activity for each member in that household.
